Swing set update

In 2007-2008 school year the then, PTO raised money for a swing set that included a handicap swing.  We are now a PTA and have the money set in a bank account.  I (Brenda Siech) have been in contact with Mr. Jenkins and we are at the point where we are awaiting the inspection of the current swing set to see if it is up to codes.  At that time we will decide the course of action to take.  The prices have gone up considerably since the 2007-2008 school year, yet we still have $3000 set aside to purchase the swing set.  That however just includes the equipment, not the installation.  UPDATE (01-27-2010) - Brenda Siech and Patty Sheumaker are working on a grant to help cover the costs of installation and ground cover for both the new and old swingsets.

Thank you for your time and consideration.  If you need to contact the Charlo Schools PTA, you can do so at: CHARLOPTA@yahoo.com
